This section contains the assignments for English 224. Because the details of assignments sometimes change during a semester, these online assignment descriptions are the authoritative versions, not the printed version students receive on the first day of class. The online versions will not shift without notice, however; any changes will be announced by email to the class.

The grade weights for the class are as follows:

Responses and group work: 20%
First exam/paper: 25%
Second exam/paper: 25%
Third exam/paper: 30%
